Research Focus
My current research is devoted to the study of the dynamics of Earth's ionospheric layers under the influence of solar radiation and includes the following:
- plasma-chemical modelling of ionization and recombination processes in the lower ionosphere under the influence of solar flares of various spectral compositions;
- verification and correction of the ionospheric models using radio physical measurements of the VLF signals propagation;
- assessment of the dynamics of total electron content during solar flares using GNSS data;
- analysis of the experimentally measured response of ionospheric parameters to various emissions of the solar spectrum (considering the spectrum of the flare and its localization on the solar disk).
