PhD projects

I’m interested in accepting PhD students in these areas: 1. BIM and Digital Construction - the use and creation of digital twins, use of emerging digital technology, and the integration of technology to make buildings ‘smarter’. 2. Construction Quality Management - the decoupling of Quality Management Systems from practice and tools for enhancing the application of Quality Management Systems. 3. The construction environment and its impact on operatives' mental health. 4. Procurement and Contract Administration – contract choice and application, tendering practice and bid decisions.
