My research focuses on employee mental health and its intersection with management practices, particularly within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). I am passionate about addressing the increasing prevalence and financial cost of workplace mental ill health by exploring the critical role of managerial training and interventions that foster psychologically healthy workplaces.
