Research Focus

For my research I am using epidemiological studies including cohorts and dietary intervention trials. I am interested in nutritional epidemiology and preventive nutrition, with a focus on cancer and cardio-metabolic diseases. Further specific topics I am working on at the moment are plant-based diets and planetary health, intermittent fasting, or body composition and metabolic health.
