Research Focus

I am a paediatric emergency medicine consultant with interests in paediatric infection, paediatric sepsis, biomarkers and proteomics. 

Research Interests

  • Acute paediatrics
  • Diagnostic testing including novel biomarkers and novel molecular diagnostics
  • Guideline development and validation 
  • Recognition and emergency management of serious infections
