Research Statement

Vasanth & his team is working in research areas of cancer biology and molecular pharmacology for the past 10 years. His research focus is mainly towards gene expression and  cell apoptosis studies.

His research team have investigated selected molecular based studies related to apoptosis-mitochondrial and intrinsic pathway mechanisms. They have also explored the possible mechanism of action of selected natural drug molecules / monomers.

His current areas of research interest includes gene expression studies, gene silencing technologies, cancer biology & targeted drug delivery for cancer.
