PhD projects

"Artificial Intelligence for Vision Based Navigation" funded by EPSRC DTP Studentship with the sponsor company top-up, commences on 1 October 2020. Benefits - 3.5-year full tuition fee and stipend supported by EPSRC DTP scholarship (around £19,336 per year), plus sponsor company additional top-up (£5,400 per year) - Sufficient hardware resource - Working within a vibrant research and engineering team; Having the opportunity to convert your research outputs to the impact on the real-world applications; Having the opportunity to conduct 1 visit per year to the industrial partner Eligibility for both fees, maintenance and top-up depends on the applicants being either an ordinary UK resident or those EU residents who have lived permanently in the UK for the 3 years immediately preceding the start of the studentship. Non UK residents who hold EU residency may also apply but if successful may receive fees only. Please contact me if you are interested in this position.
