Yang Li joined Queen's Business School as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Finance in September 2022. He holds a PhD in Finance at the University of Bristol Business School, an MSc in Applied Actuarial Science from University of Kent, and an MSc Theoretical Physics from Peking University. His research primarily focuses on corporate finance and asset pricing, with special interests in real options, real flexibility and their implications on stock tail risks.
