The David Jordan Teaching award is a competitive prize awarded annually to support individuals and teams in higher education teaching. The £10000 prize are to enable the awardees to carry out educational research and develop an educational resource.
Our team has developed the use of ultrasound as a tool for teaching cardiovascular and respiratory physiology. Thus far we have produced 3 papers and presented at the Physiological Society main meeting (3 posters). There is a further paper in process on this.
