"The purpose of the fund is to promote research within Nursing and Midwifery by providing financial assistance to the School’s PhD Students (part-time or full-time).
A £2,000 travel award is available to a student, registered in a PhD full-time or part-time and in the 2nd year of their candidature, to undertake a research visit to an international School of Nursing and Midwifery where they or their supervisors have ongoing collaborations. Goals may include exposure to diverse research approaches, learning from experts, building collaborations, presenting their research, working on a publication and comparison of healthcare systems."
