This award recognises an individual who goes above and beyond, consistently delivering excellence and taking pride in what they do.

We are looking for examples of when a member of staff has gone above and beyond and for whom this excellent behaviour is second nature. This could be anything from providing outstanding support to students to delivering in challenging circumstances.

Prize
£1,000 will be awarded to the winning individual.

Entry Criteria
Award entries should relate to work undertaken in the period between 1 August 2018 and 31 July 2019.

The Judging Panel will be looking for details of how this individual has gone the extra mile, any challenges they have overcome and the impact they have made.
