As Principal Investigator of this pedagogy project, I provide pedagogic leadership in developing an integrative approach to embedding sustainability, ethical awareness, and social responsibility as core professional competencies within HRM education, aligned with the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
The project demonstrates leadership in curriculum innovation through the integration of SDG-based reflection, sustainability-informed career storytelling, and responsible HR practice.
A key impact of the project is the design and pilot implementation of an SDG-aligned Responsible People Management Toolkit for the MSc HRM programme, with potential for scaling across the School.
This funded project demonstrates my leadership in pedagogic innovation, capacity to secure competitive funding, and contribution to institutional priorities in responsible and sustainable management education.
