The Jack Kerr Bequest was established following the death of John (Jack) Kerr in July 2006. The generosity of this bequest was such that it allowed the creation of a series of awards in Archaeology and Palaeoecology, The purpose of these awards is to assist postgraduate students with a fieldwork project or visit. The awards are available to students in good academic standing. This prize was awarded to contribute to the planning and organisation of the 2026 AYIA Conference.
