I was a finalist and the recipient of a Highly Commended Certificate for the 2019 Pearse Walsh Medal Award. The Medal is awarded to a graduate of the Dublin City University (DCU) Business School Ph.D. Programme, whose research demonstrates an approach to innovation in industry in the fields of Organisation Development, Change Management, Cultural Change, Learning and Development, Management and Leadership Development. The award is sponsored by Harvest, a training and development consulting firm.
