Trinity scholars are elected annually from second year undergraduate students, after examinations in their subject(s). The scholarship financially supports five years of study, thus permitting Trinity scholars to complete undergraduate and PhD programmes. Scholars are entitled to free rooms in college and Commons dinner each evening, for the duration of five years.
