Pathways is a national UKRI funded programme designed to support the next generation of research and innovation leaders in the UK, for Project Leads funded by UKRI as an additional post-award development opportunity. Through a combination of targeted workshops, expert-led sessions, and peer learning, the programme offers participants a semi-structured pathway to develop leadership capability, navigate career progression, and engage with the wider UK research and innovation landscape. Designed around an opt-in model, participants will have access to in-person and online activities.
