Abstract

The Exposome offers a useful research approach for biomedical informatics as it relate environmental exposures with disease phenotypes in the context of precision medicine. In this work, we have analysed the disease enrichment in two exposome-related resources, T3DB database and the list of compounds analysed by the My Exposome wristband wearable, comparing them with the disease annotations available at the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD), identifying different disease enrichment in both resources
