Abstract
This chapter critically examines the relationship between AI and leadership. In doing so, it addresses three key dimensions: the impact of AI on the leadership function; the potential for AI to supplant human leaders; and an evaluation of the factors that leaders should consider when implementing AI to ensure that their approach is both effective and, importantly, ethical.
