Abstract
Notes the EU-wide support for the 1998 Good Friday Agreement as a result of the Brexit negotiations, and discusses the Agreement's commitment to equality and human rights. Reflects on the potential implications for Northern Ireland of the repeal of the Human Rights Act 1998, the need to retain the relational thinking that characterised the Agreement, and the constitutional issues arising if Northern Ireland remained in the EU by leaving the UK.
