Abstract
This study examines career trajectories of the neurodivergent workforce in tourism and hospitality through an interdisciplinary, data-driven lens. By employing large-scale web scraping and computational modelling, we generate a novel dataset of job advertisements to systematically analyse career pathways and opportunities in the sector. Our research bridges business scholarship with mathematics and computer science, addressing methodological barriers in researching neurodiversity while contributing to debates on inclusive labour markets. We also highlight practical outcomes for organisations offering evidence-based recommendations for advancing
equity and innovation in service-sector employment.
