Abstract
Adopting a whole system approach to dementia care, this textbook applies the theory of complex adaptive systems and organisational culture to developing a shared approach in dementia care. Based on practice development work with organisations in the UK, Singapore and Australia, this book provides scenarios for students to consider how to develop strategies at each level of the organisation to improve the care of people living with dementia and how best to support their families.
