Abstract
Major digital output, the fruits of an international collaborative effort involving scholars from Holland, North America, Britain, and France. This digital edition provides the first-ever comprehensive edition of all the comments on Martianus Capella's textbook on the liberal arts in a single manuscript. I was responsible for the largest corpus of glosses.
This edition of the oldest gloss tradition on Martianus Capella based on a ninth-century manuscript was a collaborative international project that involved scholars from Amsterdam, America, Britain and France. It comprised a transcription with manuscript photos. I was responsible for the largest number of glosses (books 1 and 2 of Martianus’s work).
