Abstract
Poster describing the development of an ED&I training package for healthcare professionals with an educational role. Anonymous survey and demographic data was collected from participants. Results illustrated high regard for the ED&I training and its methods of teaching. The training was completed across 15 countries and by 27 healthcare disciplines. Participants referenced the value of on-demand training resources given the lack of "protected time" for training in an over-stretched healthcare system.
