Abstract
The EJCPS editorial problematises the lack of engagement with the European parliament election and the disparities across Europe in the response to the war in Gaza, ongoing militaristic conflicts and Ukraine and elsewhere. Against the mainstreaming of militaristic rational it calls the civil society to resist increasing authoritarianism and silencing of protest.
