Abstract
A scanning electron microscopy study of the morphology of laser ablated superconducting targets, both YBaCuO and BiPbSrCaCuO, was reported. The effects of laser ablation on target structures were illustrated to provide a basis for further quality control of laser ablation of superconducting thin films.
