Abstract
This report disclosed a handful of evidence collected from Germany and Sardinia, Italy which pointed out environmental contamination caused by US and NATO military bases. Yet, a special agreement between NATO member states applies to domestic laws in favour of exempting the environmental polluter from environmental accountability, whilst residents' suffering from such contamination persists and gets worse.
