Abstract

The last ten years have witnessed an extraordinary concentration of activity in Medical Humanities research in a French-language critical and cultural context. This article analyses the breadth and significance of how the field has developed in the French-speaking world and how engagement with French-language sources is shaping a field that, until now, has been dominated by anglophone scholarship.
