The Digital Administration Code, issued with Legislative Decree 7 March 2005, n. 82, represents the backbone of the PA modernization process which, increasingly rapidly, proceeds towards the integration and use of new technologies. The new tools will therefore be the electronic identity card, certified electronic mail and digital signatures.Thanks to computerization, the action of the public administration will be more efficient, impartial and transparent.The volume offers a concise but precise guide to the new legislation which is critically analyzed article by article.
