Abstract
The lecture outlines my priorities for education in Northern Ireland, including the response to covid, the need to establish a fair funding systems for schools, why an OBA approach to monitoring outcomes from education should focus on strategic outcomes from the education system as a whole and the importance of developing a more inclusive education system.
