Abstract

How should legal philosophy (jurisprudence) respond to the challenge of globalisation? What is particularly 'pluralist' within an account of pluralist jurisprudence? This short review article discusses the contributions by Joseph Raz and Stefan Sciaraffa to In Pursuit of Pluralist Jurisprudence in order to shed light on the significance of these questions as well as to provide a tentative response.
