Abstract

The properties of anisotropic textured surfaces (TS) are discussed in the framework of a generic lattice equivalent circuit model. Applications of the developed theory to design
of advanced antenna systems are illustrated by the examples of leaky wave frequency scanning antennas, aperture radiation control, ultra thin absorbers and polarisation preservation reflectors.
