Abstract

Report commissioned by the Department of Justice (Northern Ireland) to look at the scope and frequency of land law disputes in Northern Ireland and the different methods of adjudication. The report also examined how land law disputes are dealt with in Scotland, Ireland, and England and Wales, with the aim of improving service provision in NI and implementing future changes in the law.
