Abstract
Se presenta información actual sobre el estado actual de amenaza de 389 especies de fauna silvestre, de las 535 especies listadas en la norma legal. Por primera vez en la historia de la conservación en el país se incluye a los invertebrados. Se trata de especies amenazadas sobre las cuales es necesario continuar los esfuerzos para revertir el declive de su tendencia poblacional, la cual continúa irreductible en el Perú, y que es provocado por la expansión agrícola, la tala ilegal, el uso insostenible de la fauna silvestre y la presencia de especies exóticas invasoras.

Up to date information is presented on the current threat status of 389 species of wildlife, out of the 535 species listed in the legal norm. Invertebrates are included for the first time in the history of conservation in the country. These are threatened species for which continued efforts are needed to reverse the decline in their population trend, which continues unabated in Peru and is caused by agricultural expansion, illegal logging, unsustainable use of wildlife and the presence of invasive exotic species.
