Abstract

Objectives
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To assess:
the effects of multimodal interventions which aim to alleviate and/or stabilise cachexia (disease‐related wasting) in people with a chronic illness; and
the safety of multimodal interventions when given to people with cachexia.
