Abstract

Invited talk on my practice of music improvisation and AI, running within the British Council funded “Climate of Sound” REFLECTIONS Symposium.

This symposium took place as part of "Climate of Sound".  Hanoi, Vietnam. Part of the British Council funded “UK-Viet Nam 2023 Seasons” programme, my presentation was part of a research day with papers by Vietnamese researchers, who had been working with Prof Barley Norton (Goldsmith) during the year. The series explored the impact of academic dialogues on the arts, particularly in relation to the topic of climate change, in both Viet Nam and the UK. I was delighted to give a talk on “Multiplicities of Improvisation”.
