Abstract

In this demo, we present the implementation of a Heterogeneous-Reliability Memory framework on a server with a complete software stack. Our design overcomes the practical restrictions of the hardware platform and mitigates the introduced performance overhead. We plan to demonstrate the operation of the server under relaxed operating parameters, while safeguarding critical data and saving on average 20% DRAM power.
