Abstract
Restrictive Practice E-Resource: This is a free e-resource that provides learners with an overview of restrictive practice. The e-resource discusses the different kinds of restraint, why restraint is used, how restraint can be avoided and alternatives to restrictive practice. At the conclusion of the e-resource there are case study examples and on completion, users will receive an e-certificate. This e-resource was kindly funded by the Burdett Trust for Nursing.
