Abstract

The #MeToo campaign has highlighted the scale and pervasiveness of sexual harassment in the workplace, from studios in Hollywood to the Houses of Commons. Sexual harassment can include physical, verbal or electronic sexualised unwanted conduct, or trying to elicit sexual favours through threats or promises. Despite the recent publicity, there is a need for vigilance in the medical workplace.
