This output is a social network analysis questionnaire developed for use in Shared Education Campus contexts. It is designed to generate data on patterns of professional interaction and collaboration among staff working across campus-based school arrangements, enabling analysis of interschool ties, network structure, and the relational dimensions of shared practice.
