Abstract
A new methodology for the incorporation of a specific core molecule within a hyperbranched polymer across all molecular weight fractions was discussed. It was found that the method worked because of the reversible nature of the polymerization and reactivity of the core molecule chosen. This methodology enabled more exotic cores to be incorporated and allow more accurate comparison of specific properties with respect to molecular weight. The results show that the methodology enabled for further controlling the synthesis of hyperbranched polymers.
