Abstract
This paper examined the impact of the University level UL Engage project in the School of Law at the University of Limerick. It looked at the way in which the School worked with a variety of NGOs and Civil Society Groups to conduct research for real world impact in a collaboration between academics, final year law students and the Civil Society groups. The project was managed by the paper author so the practical realities of organising and managing relationships with external stakeholders will also be discussed.
