Abstract

It is only when Rosaline stops believing in God that she meets Georges, a puppeteer. Lovelorn, he sees in her aspects of a woman he once loved and lost.

Rosaline agrees to pose for Georges so as to help him bring the face of that woman out of the clay he sculpts his puppets from. While he sculpts his miracle in clay, Rosaline awaits her own…
