Abstract
The efficiency of humanitarian aid in various contexts and crises remains a key concern for both the affected governments and international communities. This research aims to propose a sustainable alternative humanitarian policy by reviewing existing strategies and identifying gaps in the interventions targeting both the host and migrant Rohingya communities in Bangladesh. The thesis provides a clearer understanding of how humanitarian interventions can influence the lives of two distinct communities from various perspectives and proposes a comprehensive policy to address the shortcomings of current strategies within development communities.Thesis embargoed until 31 July 2026.
