Abstract

This thesis portfolio contains two papers.

Paper 1 is a meta-analysis reviewing Positive Psychology Interventions for Post-Traumatic Growth.

Paper 2 is an empirical study which comprised of conducting path-analysis on a secondary data set to explore predictors Post-traumatic Growth amongst healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Findings and implications with regards to research, theory, and practice are considered within each paper.

Thesis is embargoed until 31 December 2025.
