Abstract

A thesis submitted in partial fulfilment of a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. The first chapter of this thesis contains a systematic review of research investigating the psychological wellbeing of homelessness staff. The second chapter reports on an empirical study that investigated the prevalence and risk factors of burnout and traumatic stress in frontline homelessness workers.
