This thesis focuses on the areas of vicarious trauma and vicarious posttraumatic growth through a meta-analysis which aimed to explore the linear relationship between VT and VPTG and a quantitative study which aimed to explore the demographic, work-related and intrapsychic factors which may be potential statistical predictors of vicarious trauma and vicarious posttraumatic growth in psychological therapists.
