    Research Statement

My research objective is efficiency and robustness in energy systems. My specific research interests are wind power, electricity and gas markets and power system efficiency at the distribution level using intelligent ICT,  energy storage, microgrids and electric vehicles. In addition I am also interested in network resilience to future proof against extreme weather events, global warming and European energy markets.
