    Northern Ireland, Belgium, power-sharing (particularly consociationalism), constitutional law, parliaments, legislative studies, identity politics, equality law, EU law. 


    Research Statement

    My interdisciplinary PhD research examines, through use of socio-legal methods, how the design and application of anti-discrimination law in Northern Ireland and Belgium is influenced by consociationalism and what this means for inequalities at the intersection of gender and community identity within private sector employment.
