      Interested in Northern Ireland, Belgium, consociationalism, constitutional law, parliaments, identity politics, equality law, EU law, employment, intersectionality. 

      Research Statement

      My interdisciplinary PhD research examines, through use of socio-legal methods, how the design and application of anti-discrimination law in Northern Ireland and Belgium is influenced by consociationalism and what this means for inequalities at the intersection of gender and community identity within private sector employment, through a case study of the ICT sector.
