    Research Interests

    My research interests lie broadly in employee relations. My current focus is on the following areas. 1) Examining the dynamics of workplace conflict and the innovative practices used to manage conflict in organisations. 2) Examining the insitutional changes taking place in response to the changing nature of workplace conflict in Anglo-American countries. 3) Examining the nature of employee relations in the Non-Profit and Voluntary (NPV) sector with a particular interest on how contracts for the provision of public services impact NPV organisations and their employees/volunteers.

    Teaching

    I have delivered a range of modules in the broad areas of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations and Organizational Behaviour and have a particualr interest in teaching Negotiation and Conflict Management.  I am currently teaching MGT7150 Employee Relations (MSc HRM) and Human Resource Management (BSc Business Management).
