Jayne is studying for a PhD in Management at Queen’s Management School, investigating Cross-Cultural Differences in the Impact of Consumer Perceptions of Corporate Social Responsibility on Brand Loyalty in the Beauty Industry. This study examines consumers in Sweden and Northern Ireland.

Jayne holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from The University of Edinburgh and a distinction in MSc. Management from Queen’s Management School. Jayne was subsequently awarded a DEL studentship to study for a PhD in Management at Queen’s Management School. Jayne has gained a Chartered Management Institute Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership. Prior to studying for a PhD, Jayne worked in management and operational roles within the private sector and policy roles in the public sector.
